Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Francisco Miro, who brings more than 15 years of professional kitchen experience to every menu he creates. Chef Miro is known for his creativity, precision, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Supporting him is Sous Chef Destiny Steffin, whose dedication and work ethic make her an invaluable part of the team. Her skill, reliability, and positive attitude have made her one of the strongest sous chefs our kitchen has ever had.
Rounding out, the team are Lead Kitchen Assistant Lacey Greene and Kitchen Assistant Antoine White, who help ensure that every dish is prepared and presented with care. Their attention to detail and teamwork keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.
