Catering
Our Food & Beverage team is the exclusive provider of all food and drink services for events held at The Bruce. We offer a diverse selection of menu options tailored to meet the unique needs of each event—whether you’re planning a formal banquet, casual luncheon, or cocktail reception. From plated meals to buffet service, our culinary team is committed to
delivering exceptional quality and service.
Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total room rental is required to secure your event date. This deposit must be received within two weeks of booking. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your reserved date.
Dressing Rooms
We offer a variety of versatile, multi-purpose spaces to suit your event needs. For more details and personalized assistance, please consult with your sales or event manager.
EMT/Ambulance
Always dial 911 in the event of an emergency. If EMT services are needed for an event, speak to your event manager for scheduling.
Hotels
The Holiday Inn and Suites is conveniently attached to The Bruce Convention Center via a covered walkway, while Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites are located just a few miles away, providing additional nearby accommodations for your guests.
Hours
Our office business hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our facility is open outside of these hours as needed for events occurring in the facility.
Outside Catering Guidelines
The Bruce Convention Center holds the exclusive rights to provide all food, beverage, and concession services on the premises.

WiFi at The Bruce Convention Center is complimentary and open to the public. For enhanced connectivity, secured SSIDs and dedicated hard-line connections are available upon advance request.
